Quality, delivery time, accuracy, professionalism and payment terms are just as important to the motor vehicle insurance, repair and parts supply industries and PartsTrader has developed a comprehensive quality assurance programme to make sure these are all taken into consideration for the benefit of all users.


Feedback & Ratings

PartsTrader has implemented a feedback and ratings system to drive quality assurance.

In concept, the feedback system is similar to TradeMe in that all buyers & sellers have a reputation in the market.

All feedback is anonymous and reciprocal, i.e. both buyers and sellers give each other feedback on the same request.

Feedback is only required on a small pool of requests automatically selected by the system. This information will provide the basis for a statistically valid rating that will be applied to each repairer and supplier.

Compliance

PartsTrader enforces compliance on system wide performance metrics to promote and maintain a quality experience for all members of PartsTrader.

A company's use of the PartsTrader system and also the ratings they receive from other PartsTrader members form an integral part of the PartsTrader compliance programme.

Companies whose performance in PartsTrader is deemed to be below acceptable levels will be required to improve their performance in order to avoid restrictions being placed on their PartsTrader accounts.
