Their experience in various industries during the past 8 years delivering innovative solutions to meet consumer requirements has been invaluable in helping develop PartsTrader to its current market leading position.

Maintaining relationships and industry engagement has been an ongoing focus of PartsTrader and key to ensuring that the system develops to the requirements of users.

Alongside a technical team of IT professionals there are two other departments who look after managing relationships with key stakeholders together with day to day operational requirements and queries from users.

Several members of the operations team have substantial experience in both the motor industry and collision repair industry which ensures that PartsTrader understands the wider market and its user groups.

Additionally there is a dedicated support team with a help desk that can be contacted by phone or email for any user queries from 7am to 7pm weekdays.
