Who We Are

PartsTrader New Zealand Ltd is a privately owned company registered in New Zealand. It is owned by Rob Cooper (Managing Director), Colin Bevan (Chief Technical Officer) and Intergen (NZ’s largest Microsoft software developer).

PartsTrader is managed and operated independently of any vested interests. Importantly all request data remains confidential to the owner of a parts request and those they choose to grant access to.

PartsTrader Markets NZ Ltd owns all of the intellectual property for PartsTrader in the New Zealand market and their commercial interest is to provide the PartsTrader platform to the market in return for a small fee on successful transactions.

PartsTrader believes in the the principles of an open, fair and transparent market that is for the benefit of all of its stakeholders.

PartsTrader’s success is entirely dependent on delivering value to buyers and suppliers.

The owner (who is either the sponsor or creator) of a request will always have the ability to be in complete control of the process.

PartsTrader will never allow information (including quotes and pricing) related to a request to be released to anybody else without the owner’s permission.
